Visit the Sales Office and sign all the pertinent documents for your new home including any changes or structural options you may wish to add. Pick up all documents once approved and review with the Sales Representative.
Learn about the building process and what to expect next followed by a Q&A segment, then enjoy some refreshments and meet your neighbours. Learn Losani is held every two months, and may take place after your Design Centre appointment.
Attend your Design Centre appointments with one of our Design Consultants. During your first appointment you will complete your drawing review including plumbing and electrical requests. Then select your finishes at your second appointment.
Review the Schedule A options, selections and extras. Losani’s site saftey and visitation policy is reviewed for your upcoming Frame Walk.
Postcards and photos will be sent to you throughout the building process to inform you of and keep you updated about key moments in the construction of your home.
Go over a checklist of items with the site Superintendant to ensure that all of your requests have been captured. Feel free to ask questions along the way!
Our PDI/QA Technician meets you on site with a welcome package and emergency contact info. A walk-through is done ensuring that the item check list is completed.
Losani’s Customer Care Manager will meet you at your new Losani home with the keys and a special welcome gift.
Over the next several weeks, receive a Warranty package and other information regarding decks (if applicable), sodding, & driveway paving.
